I have widespread handles on my bathroom sink (not part of the faucet) that I’m trying to replace. I took off the old handles and the plastic parts inside it, but I can’t get the decorative chrome flange off. They are stuck tight on the counter top. The house is 20 years old and I doubt they’ve ever been replaced before. Any suggestions? Thanks.
